Football Equipment Return
Revised dates for turn in are:
Thursday, December 1st from 6 - 8 pm
Monday, December 5th from 6 - 8 pm

Please remember to bring your uniform back clean or we will have to charge a cleaning fee. You will be charged the replacement cost for any item that is missing or altered.
Please remember to return the following items:
- Helmet w/chinstrap
- Shoulder Pads
- Game Jersey
- Game Pants
- Practice Pants
- Girdle
**Pads: hips (2), tail, thighs (2), knees (2)
